Phung Burns provides fiscal leadership for ATI Schools & Colleges, managing all budgeting, financial reporting and accounting for the corporation, as well as overseeing the student financial aid programs. Her work as CFO allows the organization to provide the best possible student service, including capital re-investment in the technology and instructional equipment that meets today's workforce conditions. Burns previously was CFO for ExpressJet Airlines and a senior director at Continental Airlines. She is a certified public accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
Paul Eppen provides marketing and brand leadership for ATI Schools & Colleges, managing all advertising activities, new student acquisition investments, media deployment as well as acting as ATI’s brand steward ensuring that all ATI communications best reflect and support ATI’s mission statement. Paul has 25 years of broad marketing experience with a focus on direct marketing, new business and strategy development, branding and team building. Paul has served more than 12 years as a Chief Marketing Officer within multiple public and private companies prior to joining ATI including three years at DeVry Inc. Mr. Eppen holds a BA from DePauw University and is also a graduate from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business with an MBA in Marketing and Finance. Paul has been a park district coach for more than ten years and is active in local charities as well.
With over 15 years of regulatory and accreditation experience, Sue Edwards leads ATI's efforts in furthering its commitment to industry-leading compliance at all of its campuses. As the company's Chief Compliance Officer, her focus is to ensure compliance with various U.S. Department of Education, accreditation, state and campus policies. Edwards earned an associate degree in applied science and a bachelor's degree in occupational education from Wayland Baptist University, and a master's degree in education administration from the College of Santa Fe.
