Medical Office Administration The Medical Office Administration program (Florida) is designed to prepare the student for a career as a Medical Office Administrator. The typical MOA is responsible for many aspects of preparing, analyzing and preserving health information needed by the patients, by the hospital, and by the public. Students will earn an Associate of Science degree and may expect to find entry level employment as a Health Data Analyst, Insurance Claims Analyst, Records Technician, Clinical Coding Specialist, and Patient Information Coordinator, in hospitals, doctor offices, insurance companies, clinics and other medical facilities.
