Spa Operations The Spa Operations program provides students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical skills necessary for entry level positions in the Spa Operations field. The program provides students with the necessary technical and business skills for the successful day-to-day operations of a spa. In addition to the technical hands-on skills offered by the Professional Massage Therapy program, students of the Spa Operations Associate Degree program will learn specific skills in business management including spa operations, spa finance, human resources, marketing, spa retail management, and customer service.
